Citizens of Iran will no longer be able to apply for Saint Lucia citizenship by investment as of February 20, 2023.
As a result of its monitoring of the ongoing global challenges, the Citizenship Unit in Saint Lucia has decided not to accept applications for citizenship from Iranian citizens. As indicated in the memorandum, Saint Lucia does not currently accept applications for Saint Lucia citizenship by investment from Russian or Belarusian citizens.
In spite of St. Lucia’s recent decision to suspend applications from Iranian citizens, Dominica and Turkey offer citizenship by investment programs that accept applications from Iranian citizens.
