The country boasts hundreds of nationally protected parks, reserves, historical sites and hiking trails. There is no shortage of natural wonders to enjoy from coast to coast to coast.

Programmes

There are currently three programmes we offer:

  1. Start-Up Visa Programme (SUV): The SUV is designed for entrepreneurs with the skills and potential to build a business in Canada that is innovative, will create jobs, and can compete on a global scale. The programme is designed to connect these entrepreneurs and their ideas with organizations in Canada that can assist them to realize their projects.
  1. New Brunswick PNP Entrepreneur Stream (NBPNP): The New Brunswick Entrepreneurial Stream is an economic immigration program for experienced entrepreneurs who are ready to establish, operate and actively manage a business while living and settling in New Brunswick permanently. It is designed for business people and senior executives who are willing to invest in an enterprise in the Province of New Brunswick, and establish their families in the Province.
  1. Ontario OINP Entrepreneur Stream (ON-ES): The ON-ES is designed to support individuals from outside of Canada who are looking to implement a new business idea or buy an existing business in Ontario. The ON-ES offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to be nominated for permanent residence once their business has been successfully established in the Province of Ontario. Under this program, the applicant must have a viable business that is likely to provide material economic benefit to the economy of Ontario as a whole or to the local Ontario economy where the business will be located.

    • Our team will review the candidate’s background and their preliminary business idea. We will work with the candidate to fine tune the idea with the Canadian context in mind.
  2. Preliminary Business Plan and Creation of the Company
    • We will begin the process of preparing a formal business plan, and initiate communication with designated incubators to solicit feedback and suggestions.
    • A Federal Corporation will be created for your client. As Federal law requires that 25% of the Board of Directors are Canadian permanent residents or citizens, we will appoint someone to sit on the board of directors of the company until such time as your client becomes a PR.
  3. Letter of Support
    • The complete business plan will be presented to the designated incubator.  The incubator will review the proposal and upon approval, offer its support by way of an official Letter of Support.
  4. Submit the Application for Permanent Residence
  5. Launch the Start-up Business, and begin the business incubation period
    • At this stage, the applicant(s) must begin investing in their company. The amount will depend on their business idea but we should expect at least CA$100,000 to ensure sufficient liquidity during the company’s start-up phase.
  6. The applicant will become a permanent resident.
    • The success of the business is now in the applicant’s hands, as he will be the principal driver of its growth.  To date the business to the next level, he may now need to invest additional capital, or raise capital from outside.
    • Our Director representative will resign from the Board of Directors.
