Vanuatu is quite unlike anywhere else on Earth. It’s like a greatest hits of the world’s most spectacular experiences – all in the one place. A chain of 83 islands in the south Pacific to the east of Australia is part of the Commonwealth. Active volcanos, untouched rainforests, island hopping or simply relaxing on the one of the many lush tropical beaches, there is something for everyone.
Vanuatu has the only Citizenship by Investment programme in the Asia-Pacific Hemisphere and is one of the fastest.
Under the Special Government Fund programme, the investment requirement is $130,000 for a single applicant and $180,000 for a family of four plus fees.
The newly launched CIIP-CNO Future Fund programme combines citizenship application with an investment in the coconut oil sector. Under this programme, the $115,000 all-inclusive citizenship fee covers up to four family members on one application.
There are no restrictions on dual citizenship and there is no requirement to visit or reside to retain a passport. Vanuatu has no income tax, wealth tax, capital gains or inheritance tax. Citizenship is hereditary and an Oath Swearing Ceremony can be arranged in convenient locations around the world.
