Pauline is a business strategist who much prefers to develop the plan and then stay around to make it happen. She describes herself as an eclectic mix of a strategic thinker who can sell!  Her work has taken her too many diverse countries and environments where an ability to think outside the box became the essential travel companion. Unconventional when required, always high energy and imaginative but most importantly retaining her sense of humour.

Graduating from the University of Brighton in the UK, Pauline holds a Business Studies degree and is a seasoned speaker addressing many forums, conferences and seminars around the world on global mobility and real estate. She was Vice-Chairman of the Federation of Overseas Professionals, Developers and Consultants (FOPDAC) for many years, and being media-friendly has both written, presented and commented on numerous industry debates.

As well as running her own business Pauline is an active business consultant and mentor. Having also worked for large Corporates as well as advising SME’s she brings a wealth of experience to the Company.
